4. Walk Before Your Meals

This works in two ways.
First, the activity will help to reduce your appetite so you want to eat less at the meal you’re about to eat.
Second, you’ll also burn calories as you do this walk, upping your total daily calorie burn and moving your overall weight loss progress along.
It doesn’t need to be a long or very intense walk, just a brisk walk around the block for 10 minutes should be sufficient for helping you calm your hunger and get a little extra edge on calorie burning for the day.
