    I ordered these from the Synapse XT website and took them as directed for 6 weeks. I called to get a refund, but listened when they told me it sometimes takes a couple of months. It's been two months, and, of course, it's now too late to get a refund. Bummer.

    I used this product for 3 months for tinnitus and it did not work at all. No improvement in volume or anything. The company did not honor their money back guarantee either. I did not order from Amazon but direct from the company.

    Took it for 30 days as directed and it did not help at all! This product is not worth the high cost for ringing in the ears! It did not work or help!

    The product ascertains that it would reduce the sound on Tinnitus but like everything else I have tried, it doesn't work. I have been taking the tablets religiously for the last two weeks but the noise is the same as ever. Don't bother.
